Terrible experience, I made the mistake of confusing 2 restaurants, I placed my order using the app and at the end of the process I realized I had chosen the wrong restaurant. I tried to cancel immediately but the app says you need to call them to cancel an order WOW.
I did so but their phone number was a fax and I did not get to them on time, after several minutes of trying I finally had a person to talk to, she only said do not worry, I thought that meant that I would get my $10 back... Guess what...? No.... they did not...
I visited the restaurant and talked to the manager and she said... Guess What? No, we do not refund, you need to call the headquarters.
I emailed them and after a month I am still waiting. I would NEVER recommend this app.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $10.
I liked: Easy app.
I didn't like: Do not refund when using the app.
