Manager Grace Subway @ El Camino and Watt Ave, Not only could she not read the coupon in her hand, but she lied about how I could reach a Subway manager. She insisted that I had to buy a sandwich to get one free.

The coupon I had said simply in plain English to buy a drink before 11am and receive a free sandwich. There was no language about requiring to purchase a sandwich first. It was obvious she did not know how o read.

Why does Subway employee anyone especially managers hat can't read. She should be fired for lying about how to reach a manager

Call SUBWAY HQ at 800 888-4848 and ask for Customer Care. The chain takes pride in offering excellent customer service and will usually look into the matter on the customer's behalf.
