This is my second message to the company. I placed an order on 11/15/24 at 5:10pm.
To the subway store at 1508 Centre Ave. , Fort Collins,CO 80521...it was order number#2D91F77F-1B. It was place online and when it says it was processing the payment it just keeps on spinning. I had to eventually refresh my screen.
But I called the store to make sure they got the order but they had nothing as far as an online order. Then I got a hold of my bank via online bank and verified that the money was token out 15.00 via subway. So they told me to contact customer service.
But I did place another order right after so that I could get the food. please help me out by investigating the situation and refunding my money thanks Priscilla Cisneros

I decided to use my local Subway after having many bad experiences, and it was a total disaster! It took 20 minutes to make my sandwich.
I couldn't use a coupon even though I have used one before.
I received very little cheese because the assistant said you get more cheese on a special BMT, but mine was just a regular BMT. The sandwiches were not wrapped properly and the handle broke in the parking lot!

The whole Subway experience at The Lanterns Mall is a complete shambles. The toaster oven is broken, and the drinks machine is broken.
There's a written sign saying the oven isn't working. Then, I was told I would have to pay separately instead of paying $4 for a combo. I feel it's false advertising as I never got my sandwich the way I wanted. There's limited salad, for which you have to pay an extra $5.
I will not be buying anything from Subway again. This experience made me upset and was a waste of $55.

I dont like the way subway associate behaved with me she did not make my subway as i asked her i ordered her 4 subway and it was so dry didn't even tasted like one . She really pissed me off and started adding things on her own. I had to come home and add more sauces still couldn't eat that.

I reached out to subway customer care after a while. And the agent just apologized, which wasn't worth it as per my spending in subway all times.
I was looking forward for getting better reply and help in this case.
But that's unfortunate. The sandwich that day was awful

I recently received coupons in the mail for subway there were a variety of such as get a foot-long for 699 two foot-long for 1299 three foot-long for 1799 among others and I took two of them to two different subways in Radcliffe and I was refused. I was told that they were not participating subways.
I dont understand why a company would release coupons and whether theyre franchise or not, they should honor those coupons.
I thought it was rather odd that they would accept the 699 coupon or the 649 coupon but they would not except any of the others if theyre not participating, they shouldnt accept any or they should accept all.
I quit eating subway because inflation, and enjoyed eating Subway.
That is exactly why I went with the coupons.
I am the GM of another restaurant in Radcliffe.
Thats a franchise however, if someone comes into my store with a coupon thats corporate I will always honor it. Good customer service, and good quality are the two most important things in the restaurant business.
I dont think that its good customer service to accept one or two of the coupons on the page but not all of the coupons, if youre non-participating, dont accept any of the coupons.
Im sure there are others in this area that feel the same way.

Someone somehow used my subway card. When it was with me at all the time. It was $100.00 and now there is only $41.85 left on it.

I ordered through the app and I ordered chips with my sandwich, they didnt give me chips.
They wont answer the phone.
They do not update your order on line until its made and a sitting there for 1/2 hour.
Im handicapped and walking is difficult.

I was verbally assaulted by a drive-thru worker this evening. She raised her voice and slammed the window in my face for asking if my online order was toasted because our order hasn't been correct the last three times.
When she finally came back and opened the window, I asked for the manager. She refused. At that point, I raised my voice. She then threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the property.
We eat there weekly, but I will never support them again.
I've worked with the public my whole career and I've never experienced anything like this before. This is disgusting behavior.
