I recently ordered from Subway online for pickup, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived at the restaurant, my food was not hot at all, which made it far less enjoyable.
The bread didn't seem fresh, and despite requesting extra sauce, my order was quite dry and lacked flavor.
The overall quality of the food was not what I expected from Subway, and it didn't taste as good as it usually does. I hope the store improves the preparation of online orders to ensure they are fresh, properly made, and meet customer expectations.

Most of our trips to subway have not been very good. Every time we go, its always something.
Well last Tuesday that's what my husband and kids wanted for supper, so I placed the order online, added my special instructions on, and placed my order. Next thing I know, my phone is ringing and its Subway. There out of the meatball sub, the only thing I like at Subway since they changed the sweet teriyaki sauce, and now it's disgusting! I like tuna fish sometimes and that was the only thing left for me to choose from since I don't like anything else they have.
I also ordered one of those Oreo cookies for the kids. I'm glad I checked my order before I left because they didn't read the instructions I left for them, so I had to give one of the sandwiches back so it could be fixed and at that point I realized that I didn't have my cookie. Furthermore, I informed her that I didn't get my cookie, and she looked at me dead serious and said we don't have one! Umm, ok, so I need to get my money back then.
She says no! Come back and get it tomorrow! So that's going to be a negative!
I've tried getting in touch with them but that only ones I can find say call this department and hangs up. I guess they need that money more than I did!

When they have rotten toppings, they will use them anyway. If you choose the delivery option, they never get it to your door. Someone gets paid to eat your food in their car while you pay for nothing and have to dispute every transaction with them.

I've worked at Subway as a shift manager for over a year at corrigan tx location and thought I left on good terms, but the management there was terrible. There was no proper training from the moment you start until you leave.
When new items are added to the menu, you're supposed to receive hands on training or at least watch a video, but that never happened. The hours are crap, and the store manager clearly has favorites. She cuts hours for afternoon staff even during busy times like after games, school buses, and Tuesday specials. Since I started, the store didn't even have a safe.
They kept the money under the office counter. It took a robbery for them to finally get a safe, and we werent even required to lock up the office at night until after the incident. This led to firing an employee who shouldnt have been let go. The manager always talks bad about her staff to others, yet when it comes time to lay off employees, she avoids it even when there are valid reasons.
There's a cook who is disrespectful and problematic with everyone. She's had multiple issues with coworkers, including me, where she was talking and causing which led to us losing some customers. People actively avoid working with her. She even WALKED OUT during a shift which also resulted in losing customers after trying to pick a fight with an 17 year old employee.
Her walking out should have led to her IMMEDIATE TERMINATION , but management did nothing.
She's still there, causing trouble, and management says she will fire anyone who questions her authority/ management. That really shows where her priorities are.

I went to the Raeford NC Subway 14017-0. On 10/16/2024 at 5:56 pm, the cashier would not accept my coupon, saying it didn't count on my sub. However, it does not say anywhere on the coupon that a BMT was not allowed.

I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 2 months…. This is my situation, I get coupons every month or month and half….
Every time I go to use them, they say we not taking coupons…. I don’t understand, they send the coupons for my town, which is Niceville Florida…… that’s false advertisement…… especially when you get in your car to drive there…… also theirs a coupon for a free cookie, if you purchase a sandwich…….
They never want to take that one, no matter what…I’m just so disappointed because I really like subway…. Please let me know if this is right… Other states take the coupons but I would have to drive 600 miles cause that’s where my family lives…..Thank YouCherry Jacob
I need to know why I cant use my coupons that they send to me.

On3/3/2025, I visited store #36340-0 in Wimauma, Florida. The employee rang the wrong amount and charged to my credit card.
Upon pointing out her mistake, I asked her to cancel the transaction and re-enter the right amount. She refused and called her Manager on the phone, who also refused. She even asked the employee to call security to get us out of the store. After this insult and the arrogance, I decided to walk out without taking the sandwich.
I did NOT take the ordered sandwich and walked out and called my credit card to reverse the charges (still pending).
The store has Horrible, untrained employees and an arrogant store manager. Please do not visit the store (which is located in the Walmart in Wimauma, FL

I didnt online order, and it charged my card. When I went to the store location to pick up my food.
They had no record of no order. I showed him my bank account.
I showed them on the app and I had to order the food again in person and pay again. Im trying to find a number to contact just to get my money back because I do not want to pay 120 something dollars for a Subway sandwich.

I have been going to this subway on 8449 Laurel Canyon Blvd Sun Valley ca 91352. For more than 20 yrs And is always the same issue when I asked for more lettuce the worker always say the owner is looking at us from the camera and if we put more lettuce we get in trouble.
The sandwiches are not even 12 they are 11 and the owner of the subway needs to take in consideration that the 12 subs are $12.99 I need to have a follow up on this matter at this point they lost a loyal customer that buys subs at lease 2 to 3 times a week. Im just going to go to Jersey Mikes the subs there are big and when ever I ask for extra they put it on my sub. Just to let you know the only extra I ask is more lettuce nothing else. I have pictures on how the subs look like with everything on them.
And as well as the size of the sub nowhere near 12.
I need a resolution to this problem and every time I want to put a review on their yelp it does not allow me I think is because Im giving him the owner a bad review. Corporate you need to do something about this owner he dont care about the customers.

I used the coupon to get two foot long tuna sandwich for which the owner of that subway got mad and upset. He gave one paper bag for two sandwiches which tore while walking out the store and gave three napkins and top of that behaved in very bad and arrogant way as if I'm getting the sandwiches for free. He also started abusing me for just using the coupon.
Because I presented a coupon for two foot-long tuna sandwiches, I was treated poorly and abused. I only received two napkins and one paper bag for two foot-long tuna sandwiches. I will never visit this store again.

Get rid of that man and that big mouth smart mouth worker you sitting and talking back to customer in front of other customers that is disrespectful and she still got my sandwiches wrong then when I bring it back inside to her she try to tell me she made what was on the order and it wasnt she was so mad she put the wrong stuff on each footling sandwiches

It's actually insane how bad the app experience and the website are. I just wanted to order food and it took an hour of sitting here messing around to end up failing.
In a perfect world I would probably never eat Subway just because how difficult you make it to be a customer. I can't use the coupons in store and that's the only thing that makes any kind of value with what you have to offer.
