Name is Nagesh.I placed an order at for SUBWAY lower parel phoenix mill store at 2.25 PM and got messge that it will get delivered by 3.10pm .no one turned till 3.35.

got the confirmation from Subway store as well that zomato guy is not yet arrived. when I call customer care Mr. Rakshit at 3.40 arround he is not in a mood to deliver the solution but annoingly /bluntly giving me the answers and when I said about cancellation , he was more than happy to do so.you people dont have sense how to speak to the clients.

this is the shittiest service i rendered.Worst part is again Payback of the money will happen withing 7-8 working days.Just because of these *** people I remained Empty stomach with money is in their pool for another 8 days.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of zomato people and service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "poor customer care service and problem with delivery time" of subway delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $131. Subway needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
