Firstly, it is unfortunate that I am having to do this. I've already reached out to Subway over this and previous occurrences of the same nature, and whilst they've helped out in the past, I am still waiting to resolve the latest issues I've been having (and I have even waited for what is now over 7 working days for even a response!)

I have been to my local Subway a few times recently and made two differing purchases on both occasions, but which were basically a Sub and a drink. Also on both occasions I have ensured to present my Subcard which was indeed scanned by the 'sandwich artist', yet having checked my account later on the points have not materialised. I've worked in retail myself before at management level in an independent shop and we operated our very own loyalty card scheme there but to the best of my extensive knowledge of that business we have never had such an issue as this. I have other loyalty cards myself that I use - e.g.: Tesco Clubcard; Nectar Card (Sainsbury's); Co-operative; Boots Advantage Card; etc.; etc. - and have never ever had such an issue as this. I do not get what the 'sandwich artist' (and I am using this term (which Subway themselves use) very loosely as I can't quite agree with it.... (currently, at least)) is doing wrong on the till but the points are just not coming through to my account.

This is really very very annoying and so disappointing, especially as it is not the first time this has occurred at my local store and also a few other stores too, and so probably won't be the last time either. The "SUBWAY SUBCARD" (how very pleasant of them to shout that...) is supposed to be a loyalty scheme, yet when I show my loyalty to Subway by using it I am not rewarded for it. Clearly should have just gone somewhere else!

Reason of review: Missing SUBCARD points.

Monetary Loss: $999.

Preferred solution: Ideally 1 free Footlong Sub of my choice to make up for this and all previous matters. This could be delivered as 1000 points on my SUBCARD, allowing me to get two free 6-inch Subs of my choice..

Subway Pros: Subs themselves were okay.

Subway Cons: Misloyalty card.

This has happened to me atleast 3 times, totally around $33.00 in food purchases. Emailed subway and never an email back...going to the store to complain! Mistakes happen, but to have a โ€œcontact usโ€ option and then never contact us back......awful!

I'm feeling your pain, I asked them to scan my card and it was seconds to latre. they saids I have to call and give them the receipt number, no live peson answers then they require you to have the card and number in front of you,,what a sham

At my subway, the clerk did not even know what the Loyalty Program was. I do not have an app cell phone.

If your card is being scanned then the โ€˜sandwich artistโ€™ cant do much more. Theyโ€™re clearly doing their job, if your points arenโ€™t going on then that is way beyond the staff, all they are enquired to do is scan your card. There must be a problem with either your subcard account or subcard in general.

I love the fact that I see no response from Subway!!! I have same issue as the individual above although the second time it happened I just stopped all business with subway here we are at 11:30 was thinking about going to subway but will go to a mom and pop sub shop for the better service!
