Promo wasn't applied to my order

I selected the buy one footlong and get a second footlong for $1. I was charged $26 and some change.

I tried contacting Subway customer service. Couldn't find a valid number. Reached this robot questions answered chat. Told them the reason, gave the receipt information and took a picture of the receipt as requested.

They said I'll receive an email. I haven't received anything!! I want my money refunded that I was overcharged. I wouldn't have even bought the footlongs if I wasn't using that deal.

I went to get the Meal of the Day. Saw the deal in the app and asked my kids if they wanted a sub sandwich. I would've spent $8 and some change for me. If the promo was actually discounted from the price that would have been a great deal for me and the kids.

Ridiculous! How do I get my money back???

There has been no callback or respond from Subway very upset seems like they dont care no callbacks seems like they dont care and this is just not one time incident has happened multiple times at our subway in our neighborhood

Too many onions

I like my sub with a lot of onions and then pickles and cucumbers. Thats it.and also sub sauce and honey mustard.
Somehow I was told today that theres a limit on veggies at subway.

I asked if it was for too many vegetables or too much of one.
I was told I wanted too many onions. I informed the employee that Ill trade all the other veggies for more onions. I was met with a lot of resistance.
She told me I had enough onions and wanted to know what other toppings.
I said pickles cucumbers and more onions. At that time I was informed that I had too many onions.

I asked if I needed to go to No Frills next and cut up an onion so I could eat my
Sub the way I liked it.
The employee answered that she could care less and she wont put any more onions on my sub. In fact, she stated shes allowed to put 6 onion slivers on a sub. Again, I asked if I could have more as all I want is onions pickles and cucumbers.
Can I trade my olives, tomatoes, lettuce, green peppers, banana peppers for more onions?
I was told no.
I asked for a refund as they charged me before this experience.

They refunded me for the sub but not my tip.
Dont EVER tip until you leave.
I eat out a lot. Ill never go back to Subway
