There no longer seems to be a direct customer service line where you can speak with a representative. You get an automated system only with no real ability to voice your concerns.

I won't go to subway for a while

They are always one person in walmart subways and when you ask for a Manger they are never there I spent 26.00 dollars there this is the second time I didn't let anybody know that order that tome was 40.00 the only reason I stop in there was I was shopping inside Walmart never again the bread was way to hard. Of bread was hard no telling what else wasn't good

I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 2 months…. This is my situation, I get coupons every month or month and half…. Every time I go to use them, they say we not taking coupons…. I don’t understand, they send the coupons for my town, which is Niceville Florida…… that’s false advertisement…… especially when you get in your car to drive there…… also theirs a coupon for a free cookie, if you purchase a sandwich……. They never want to take that one, no matter what…
I’m just so disappointed because I really like subway…. Please let me know if this is right… Other states take the coupons but I would have to drive 600 miles cause that’s where my family lives…..
