First the worker dropped the toaster insert on the floor and proceeded to put it back in the oven. She started putting my sandwich on it and I told her I didn't want my sandwich on something that just fell on the floor. She got annoyed and said "there's a paper under it".

I recently picked up an online order, and unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard I expect from a Subway restaurant. Upon arrival, the staff member preparing my subs asked for my name, and I provided it.

He then informed me that an item from my order was unavailable, but due to his unclear accent, I had difficulty understanding him. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify the situation, I could not comprehend what he was saying. He eventually showed me the receipt, where it was revealed that the missing item was the pizza I had ordered. I accepted this and requested a refund for the unavailable item.

Instead of resolving the issue, the staff member responded aggressively, raising his voice and insisting that he could not process the refund or provide any alternative. This was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only did he refuse to offer a replacement item, but his demeanor was also hostile. Eventually, he gave me only $6 as a refund and instructed me never to return to the store.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.

I have always had positive interactions at Subway locations in the past, but this particular visit has left me reconsidering whether I will return. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to address my concerns appropriately have left me with a negative impression of this particular location.

I used the coupon to get two foot long tuna sandwich for which the owner of that subway got mad and upset. He gave one paper bag for two sandwiches which tore while walking out the store and gave three napkins and top of that behaved in very bad and arrogant way as if I'm getting the sandwiches for free. He also started abusing me for just using the coupon.
