Apparently some subs now come with mo salad.For me the amount of lovely fresh salad you can usually have is why I love subways.
Couldn't speak to customer service ...just got an ai bot telling me to press buttons then e entually it told me to go to website and fill in a form...Great customer service NOT.. The people running the Tadley branch were rude, dismissive and thier grasp of spoken English was very poor.

They just kept saying 'like a pannini no salad'.

It was the normal choice of subway bread.!!!. Advice you don't use the Tadley franchise

No one answers the phone at any Subway location in Santa Fe, NM. Corporate Customer Service is only AI telling to use the web sight.

Its like they do not want any human interaction. My question was I want to pay cash for delivery.

That option was there a few months ago, COVID restrictions are over. What happened?

You mail like coupons for Subway but we can't use them at any of the Subways they don't take them so what good are these these subs and the full price pay is way too expensive for us so I guess we just don't use Subway anymore

I’m 82 I know enough to get in trouble with an app. I could not get it to work. I tried to get in touch with subway. They said some one would get back to me. That has happened twice before. Yesterday was the third time I wanted to talk to a person. They take all your information but they never give you theirs. I want a phone number. I wanted help with their app. Sorry to ramble on. I started *** new account. With my wife’s name and that took almost a half hour. But I finally got it to work.

If I could have spoken to a live agent instead of copying/pasting the story over and over to anonymous email. No one ever responds. I am so frustrated with the whole thing. However, Subway food, the sandwiches or salads are great. It's the customer service that sucks there must be a better way to get pick ups to the right people
