I want my money back. Those kids rushed to make our sandwiches.
I made an online order that was not made correctly. My cold cut only had bologna on it, no ham, no salami. My husband was supposed to have extra meat and add salami; it was not. He doesn't like pickles or olives, and both were on his sandwich without extra mayo.
We paid $29.11 for our sandwiches.
I have the receipt, but I can't go back to take it because, for some reason, they closed early today. Now we're stuck with this food till tomorrow.

Dear Subway Customer Support,
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering through the Subway app. I accidentally placed the wrong order and immediately tried to cancel it, but the app did not allow me to do so. I also called the restaurant multiple times (over 10 times), but no one answered or assisted me in canceling my order.

I made every possible effort to cancel the order before it was prepared, but due to Subway's lack of customer support, I was forced to pay for an order I did not want. This is completely unacceptable.
I demand a full refund for this inconvenience. If my request is not addressed promptly, I will escalate this complaint to higher authorities, including Subway's corporate office and consumer protection agencies.
I expect a resolution at the earliest. Please process my refund immediately.

Someone hacked my Subway account they ordered sandwiches off of my Navy Federal Card, This person lives in California Just trying to find out how did John get access to my account and ordered Subway sandwiches for 2 days. I did not give anyone permission or gave my Subway account info to anyone. I will continue to order from Subway

Contacted regarding my issue with the headquarters and they responded twice that they would issue my money within 5-7 business days. As of today, my money has not been returned to my account and I received two emails from Cindy Bites, but as of today, I've received no response and my money is not in my account.
Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

Ive tried several times to get in contact with your business. I placed an order with your store at 8535 Ditch Rd.
Indianapolis IN 46260. On 3/17/2025, the sandwich wasnt prepared as I asked. I ordered a footlong turkey sub, extra mayonnaise, extra olive, lettuce, tomato, onions and to be cut in 4s. Upon receiving my sandwich there were no olives, no mayonnaise and it wasnt cut in 4s.
I would like to talk with someone from your company please. This is the second time this has happened. If I dont hear from you I will not be patronizing with you all anymore. I really like subway because you all are really the only sub place where I can get olives on my sub.
But if there no being put on my sub why should I buy from you. Thank you

I walked into the Subway on 600-**** Marine Boulevard in Jacksonville NCand saw the lettuce sitting in an unsanitary container. Some of the lettuce in the container was bad as well.
So I asked the server if I could have some fresh lettuce for my sub. She responded that the lettuce was fresh and she was born or opening a new bag. At that point I suggested to her that if she would have used a clean container than it would not have looked like that. I also I came here for healthy food and this is what was presented.
I do not eat food like this at my house and should not be expected to pay for this. Sending this email because I was told by both staff that They could not give me the number to owner. No one else was I the store. I see why.

He also not pay for my training before. in december when he accidentally send someone pay in my account as her name is similar then i told him to pay for my training and i got my training.
He is not a good employer at all. I never seen such employer in my whole career life.
I worked in the subway, and my employer did not provide my T4 and is also not answering my mail. My employer's name is Raman, and his email is raman_edm@***.com. I worked as an employee at 301 Wye Road, Sherwood Park, AB.

I had ordered two steak and cheese subs on Italian herb and cheese, but I didn't receive the Italian herb and cheese. There was no phone call to inform me that they were out of stock.

The store is at 8930 1/2 Greenwood Ave, Niles, IL 60714, Store #49163-0. I ordered a turkey footlong (O# 921BF5C3-F1, 12:35pm). I submitted a complaint twice to the so-called corporate office, but received no responses and of course they have no authority over franchises. A few well-chosen words can go a long way.
I ordered to take it to work and eat during lunch. I found out there was no turkey in it. I called the place on 847-553-**** numerous times, only to have it say 'invalid number'.
I took the issue to the store the next day and encountered the same person. She recognized the mistake. I asked for some type of credit or redemption. She provided the turkey itself, as she admitted it was missing. I said, 'Really? At least provide a sub bread to go with it.' The answer was no. I didn't have time to argue and asked for management to address it. I had to go to work.
This is absurd, ridiculous, and unfounded!!!

I have been a customer at this location for a while and they dont get my order ready on time when its already been ordered and someone gets there to pick it up but as they are making it if someone comes, they make their order first and get it done before they try to finesse mine and some of the times they mix up the type of bread or they dont put all of the items that I asked for And this location is on the seventh seventh Street by the airport. Its 1513 W.
7th St., Saint Paul 55116.
My order was today placed at 1:58 and it wasnt ready. They didnt start even making it until like for 1020 minute after And they had no customers on there and some person in there was on the phone so I need somebody to get back to me about this stuff cause before I was like OK it happened sometime but its been ongoing thing.

Verified Reviewer |I cancel my ordor but they not give me a refund
I ordered a sandwich on Subway, and they informed me that the address I provided was incorrect. I explained to the cashier that I had canceled my order, but they proceeded to cancel my order without refunding my money. It's been a long time since January 19, 2015, and my cancellation order number is 7654C2D1-86.
