Re ordered online 2 sandwiches.. entered flbogo code which is valid today 10.4.24
When order went through it only showed that I purchased 1 sandwich.
Tried to call restaraunt, they did not answer..
tried calling 7x.
Went to restaraunt at 240 w. East ave. Chico, ca.
She ridiculed me saying that they have not gotten a phone call all night.
I pointed to the place where the phone should be and it was just a jumble of wires... and then called the number in front of her..
of course it did not ring... there was no phone...
Then she said, well show me your receipt again.. so I did...she said yeah it only shows 1... you have to refund it online and reorder.
I told her i tried but it wasnt an option... she basically laughed and with a condescending attitude said there is nothing i can do to help.. she would not refund..she would not make another sandwich... didn't care that the phone didn't work...and thought it was funny..
so i took a picture of the "phone wires" and left with 1/2 an order...
Tried to find a place on subway.com and app to leave feedback and could not... maybe i will get an email asking me to review... we will see... restarauntat 240 w.
East ave in chico has some really bad things going on
If you try and call subway they say to visit their website then click contact us at the bottom of the page.. it doesn't exist.

I ordered a while ago. This is my first time ordering because I wanted to try Subway.
Suddenly, I noted that my order had no onion or olives because I have an allergy. But, sadly to say, the service was poor. They gave me the wrong order, so how could I eat this? The proper way to serve your customer is to inform him/her.
You need to call the customer to confirm about special orders because it can be harmful. I'm so disappointed because I'm hungry, and I received the food like this. It's really bad service with poor management.
If you want to take it, just take it. I didn't eat.

I bought a sub at Abington, MA Subway, and the person making the sub was on a personal call. Three times, I had to correct him as to what was on the sub.
Then I get home to eat the sub, and four bites into my sub, I pulled a really long hair out of my mouth.
I'm bald, so I know it wasn't my hair. Please call me at 781-635-****.

When they have rotten toppings, they will use them anyway. If you choose the delivery option, they never get it to your door. Someone gets paid to eat your food in their car while you pay for nothing and have to dispute every transaction with them.

I went to the Raeford NC Subway 14017-0. On 10/16/2024 at 5:56 pm, the cashier would not accept my coupon, saying it didn't count on my sub. However, it does not say anywhere on the coupon that a BMT was not allowed.

Order double on my grilled chicken on two sandwiches . Both sandwiches came with little, no meat on them when asked at the store, they said they measured it out, and the only did singles orders

I didnt online order, and it charged my card. When I went to the store location to pick up my food.
They had no record of no order. I showed him my bank account.
I showed them on the app and I had to order the food again in person and pay again. Im trying to find a number to contact just to get my money back because I do not want to pay 120 something dollars for a Subway sandwich.

Drove into an empty parking lot went into Subway. The woman working behind the counter had the worst attitude I ordered flatbread chicken teriyaki.
I asked for cheese and all the fixings that I wanted then gotten another foot-long sub, turkey extra cheese, extra black olives, extra lettuce, extra mayo, the woman behind the counter Was very rude and disrespectful as I was telling her my order. Also, there is a big language barrier got home to start eating my fiancé and I looked at our subs and for the teriyaki. I only had four small pieces of chicken two pieces of cheese. It was completely wrong.
I would like for someone to call me back on this to have it resolved. Thank you.
I will always love Subway. Just some employees just dont like their job.

It lists 1/2 and while wraps available. I can only eat 1/2 wrap so I ordered one.
After it was made she charged me for a whole wrap and advised me 1/2 are not available. Why are they advertised if not available?

No one ever answered the phone
We went to this subway for a 6.99 meal deal and were told they did not participate. I thought when this was advertised all subway restaurants participated

My order was not go though at 5:00pm, I reordered it again at 5:05pm then it went through.
I received only one confirmation for the second order, however subway change my credit card twice.
There is no option cancellation on subway website!!!

My wife and I both had footlong subs that were supposed to be toasted. They were toast, completely burned and dried out. I have pictures of our terrible subs
