I have been going to this subway on 8449 Laurel Canyon Blvd Sun Valley ca 91352. For more than 20 yrs And is always the same issue when I asked for more lettuce the worker always say the owner is looking at us from the camera and if we put more lettuce we get in trouble.
The sandwiches are not even 12 they are 11 and the owner of the subway needs to take in consideration that the 12 subs are $12.99 I need to have a follow up on this matter at this point they lost a loyal customer that buys subs at lease 2 to 3 times a week. Im just going to go to Jersey Mikes the subs there are big and when ever I ask for extra they put it on my sub. Just to let you know the only extra I ask is more lettuce nothing else. I have pictures on how the subs look like with everything on them.
And as well as the size of the sub nowhere near 12.
I need a resolution to this problem and every time I want to put a review on their yelp it does not allow me I think is because Im giving him the owner a bad review. Corporate you need to do something about this owner he dont care about the customers.
User's recommendation: The owner tells the workers to not put what the sub needs to have they put one hand of lettuce for the 12” sub and when you ask the workers to put enough they say the owner is looking at us from the camera we get in trouble.

I have been trying to get in touch with our local subway food store for 8 days now and I cant get anyone to pick up the phone, to the point of calling 56 times in a three hour span. I got a tuna foot log sandwich ($12.00) and the bread was so hard I could not eat it and it might of had one scoop of tuna on it, nor could I take the sandwich back to them do to I am currently not walking the greatest do to breaking both my legs and still not recovered completely from my fall, I had the sandwich picked up and delivered to me, I cant drive yet, so I could not bring it back to subway, I called them then for an hour with no one picking up the phone to answer it, so for the next 7 days I called and no one answering the phone.
The number I was calling is list on there website and I called information they all were the same number. I really would like my money back, 12 dollars is alot of money these days. Its just so dis hearting that so many companies just dont give a crap with who they higher and customer service. I was in the newspaper business for 30 years I know all about customers service.
With today economic short comings people are not spending money but when they do its a splurge and spending that much money on one sandwich is really outrageous but to get it not eatable, Im speechless. Thank you for you time Susan from Monmouth Illinois

I placed an order at 4:03 pm, sitting outside the location because of the B1G1 footlong deal. The transaction, deducting $16.50 for the Subway order, was pulled out of my account at 4:03 pm.
They said they never received the order. How can a business take money out of someone's account and not give them their order? How can you take someone's money and not provide the order or service that they were promised? They merely said my order was floating somewhere and I would eventually get my money back.
However, she could not tell me when. There was no statement telling me that this could happen or that it was a possibility when I placed my order. I only placed my order in that way so I could get the deal that was available only online. Had I known that there was a possibility of me not getting the food I ordered for my kids, I definitely would not have ordered from Subway, and I certainly will not order from Subway ever again.
I will also write a letter to the editor of the Paducah Sun as well as the Mayfield Messenger, letting my fellow community members and surrounding communities know that it is possible. I believe this is only fair, that they should know they may not receive the order, even though the money was taken out of their account.
Usually, if an order does not go through, neither does the payment. This is the first time payment has gone through, but my order did not.

Hello I placed an online order last night for 2 FL I received. But the thing is the bread was stale and hard, coming towards the end it scratched inside of the mouth and the jaws.
The veggies which we asked for were not present in the subway. There was hardly anything in it. The bread I selected was Italian herb and garlic and I got the other bread, and that too so hard. This experience with subway was very awful.
Even I belong from hospitality and the service was very casual and it was like nobody cares. One of my friend started bleeding because of the hard bread. There wasn't the sauce we asked for in it.
The worst sub ever I had in Canada, you need to monitor the store for this thing. I am sorry to say that the sandwich was very awful .
Highly disappointing, never expected something like this from SUBWAY
See the cracks when the bread is hard and over toasted, due to some reason.

Why is so hard for some to answer the phone at the restaurant. I called 15.times no answer or just hung the phone up.
I placed an order online after paying for it. I realized it was the wrong to pick from. I call the restaurant where it say contact store right away to cancel. No answer at all call 15times.

This is the 2nd time at this location that I have had an issue with the employee not understanding English and messing my order up by obviously not understanding. I have lost almost 30$ now.
Never again I want a gift card for a new location where they can understand me please. Not being prejudiced but not fair at all.

Until today, I was an employee at one of your Subways in Cookeville, Tennessee. I had, slowly over time, kept getting sick.
My white blood cell count was up and red low due to infection. My doctor thought it could have been leukemia, so he ran tests and it was negative. But I kept getting worse - my coughing at first, and then sinuses with watery eyes. Not long after that, my voice went out.
Soon, we figured out it was the filth in the backroom of the Subway. On Saturday, I came home with a rash due to the spores of mold in the building. I have pictures of everything, even me begging the manager to get me things to clean with, and I was left alone every night with no help. Which at times, made it hard for me to do all I needed to make it safe for me and customers.
I keep trying to email corporate but cannot get where I need to. I have taken concerns to the main boss and still nothing, so I had to get away from the black mold and bacteria that is in the building. They are by law required to file my illness as workers' compensation and they still have not done that.
They just wanted to push me to have no other reason but to quit to solve the health issues I acquired by working here. No lawyer will handle a case like this and if nothing is done, I will go viral with everything that I have, including all the pictures of the filth and text messages.
Preferred solution: The store to be cleaned up to code for customers and well I have medical because of it so would just have to figure that out

Placed an order online. Paid with Apple Pay.
Then it charged me for the order and took me to the next page, asking me to leave a tip and pay for the order again! The order never went thru on their end, but of course they took the money out. Leaving me unable to even get lunch from there or anywhere else. Theres no record of my order anywhere on their end, left a complaint but there was no option to actually speak to a customer service rep and the store just straight up didnt answer.
So I left the complaint. They replied with an email that was a no reply thanking me for my feedback. Smh.
When I tried to respond anyways, it said I was blocked and cashapp tells me to contact the merchant or show proof of refund receipt but theres no record of it anywhere besides my CASHAPP reading, subway charge x amount of dollars !!! Crazy .

I don't want to repeat myself again when no one listens to me. I can't provide proof except for the amount that is left on the card.
I don't know how this keeps happening, but I keep finding someone using my gift cards, credit cards, and bank account. This is the second or third time now. I need to find out who is doing it.
I need the people from the card company and bank to stand behind me and press charges against them. This way, I can take action before they try to steal my identity and I become trapped.

The message said to go to some feed for technical assistance, after pressing 7, for technical support- wth is the feed???!!! and HOW is IT Supposed to HELP ME!!!

I went to a Subway today, located at 2154 North Mall Drive, Alexandria, Louisiana, 71301. I had two coupons and when I got to the register, Subway refused to honor those coupons.
So, I had to pay full price. Now, I'm asking for the difference for my meal, otherwise, this would be false advertisement.

I placed an order online like I always do. It went to the wrong store.
I only ever buy from one Subway when I tried to call the store that the order was placed through, the workers were extremely rude. I asked for a manager and was told the manager was not available. I didnt get upset until the end because the worker kept telling me different stories first it was oh theres nothing I can do you have to come pick the sandwiches up then it was oh youll get your money back in 24 hours and then at the end of the conversation she said I had to contact customer care or I wouldnt receive my money back. I tried to call customer care there is no phone number.
I am beyond pissed. The worker at the Huber Heights location hung up on me and when I tried to call back, they refused to answer their phone. The most horrible customer service Ive ever received.
I order a lot at Subway. You can look at my account and see that.

I ordered my sandwiches on my app, the order went through. It said my order was ready, I had an order number and everything.
I went to the restaurant and they told me they didn't get the order, even though the money was taken from my account and I had the receipt.
They said they couldn't make the food because they didn't have the order on their end, so I was forced to leave with no food and no money. I'm so done.

I made an order (birthday cookie). I was sure it was for the Subway above Walmart, the one next to Game Stop. I went in and asked for my birthday cookie. They asked my name, which I provided. They told me they hadn't received any orders that day. I showed them my receipt. They bluntly told me this wasn't the right store. I insisted that it was, showing them the address to prove that I was at the correct location. They advised me that since they hadn't received any orders, they couldn't do anything. I went back to my vehicle to call the Subway located inside Walmart. They hastily told me to check the one on the outside and then hung up on me.
I reviewed all of my emails. The address was clearly stated as 444 Atlanta Hwy NW, Winder, Georgia, 30680, US along with Suite 900. Eventually, they asked what I would like to do. I responded that I'd like to have my cookie. As one of the girls was getting the cookies, she insulted me in Spanish. (I didn't respond at the time) I got my cookie and as I was walking to the door, one of the girls started laughing. I turned around and asked her if she was laughing. She denied it, but I insisted that I had heard her. I continued walking to the door, and they started talking about me. I told them to keep talking because I could hear them.
I had already encountered problems with these two girls when I came in to make a family order. As they were making the subs, I kept apologizing, informing them that they would be paid three separate ways. As I was walking out of the store, they started talking about me. At the time, I was too exhausted to react. I have pictures validating that I was at the right location, if they are required.
