I dont know where to start. First off, I ordered two Philly steak foot longs on the mobile app.

When my husband got there, they had no idea they had a mobile order.The girl behind the counter argued with my husband about the veggies she was putting on his sandwich. She was making it exactly like mine even th Pugh they were clearly different. She kept saying that that that was how I ordered them. Nope!

Also, she dug through garbage with her gloved hands and continued making the sandwiches. I ordered extra meat on both sandwiches but no way in heck was that extra meat. We were charged for extra thought. That amount of steak was not even enough for the standard amount that comes on them.

I took pictures of both sandwiches. They were pathetic.

They were also sloppy with veggies that were not cut up small enough. We have had issues before with the Hancock NY store and we are done with them.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
