My name is Ann Cray from Miami Beach Florida . I stopped in subway on 508 Washington Avenue . I WAS going to order 2 foot long subs , and their doors were closed and locked . That was sometime between 830 to 845. The sign said open until 1100 PM . Not only did they refuse to open ,they did not give an explanation to why they were closed . And they took the sign , and turned it around when I took a picture to send you at your convenience .

I ordered a sub through the app and asked for mayonnaise. When I saw my sub, mayonnaise was *** out of every opening. I opened the sub up and the sub maker just put a big glob of mayonnaise on top of my other ingredients instead of spreading the mayonnaise on the bread! The attached picture was after I had already scrapped some of the mayonnaise off.

Preferred solution: Just don't do it again. Spread the mayo on the bread, don't plop a mountain of it on top of the other ingredients.

Rude customer service

They were super rude about the order. They messed it up. They put mushrooms in my steak and it did not taste good at all. Theyre being super rude about it too after I called.

In all fairness it's not the workers fault it's Subway as a whole. They did a storewide update to their P.O.S. and messed up everyone's system.

When I contacted the location, they asked me to contact DoorDash customer service and then DoorDash customer service has asked me to submit this form. Complain

Subway restaurant in New Britain Connecticut refuses to allow DoorDash drivers to use the restroom during order pick up. I am on cardiological medication which make me go to restroom often and this kind of refusal is ridiculous and outrageous. Lack of respect. They treat their employees like trash

I worked at subway for 2 weeks or maybe even less they barely give me hours and they just hire me and expected me to know the job already they never trained me or nothing nobody told me nothing the coworker were mean on the low key overall the place was just bad and they fired me on my first day making the subs it was my first time and nobody ever taught me nothing I thought I was going to get train but nope I believe her name is amber in rocky point NC those people need to treat their employees better next time .

Poor management at Subway

Poor management at Subway

Hey, I was a current employee at the subway on 68th street in Grand Rapids Mi (49548). Ive been wanting to complain about this issue for awhile but Ive been worried it was going to affect my ability to work.

I have been working with Subway for about 4 months as my 1st job and its an awful experience. The manager lacks communication, and picks and chose who to tell people. She would not send me a schedule and ontop of that make work gcs without me while I was working.

Her being an adult and doing immature things like this is ridiculous and I would like something to be done. I have screenshots of the manager and other higher ups on how they would treat me and other people there.

My account was frozen months ago I messaged subway several times it is not fixed and I added the subway app and put my gift card on it but from my account being frozen it would not let me pay with my gift card even on app this is ridiculous and I want my money for my gift card or them fix my account from being frozen. I apparently accumulated alot of subway points so they decided to freeze my account so I couldn't use my points very messed up.very unhappy customer. Sad

Subway - Poor customer service

Poor customer service was treated very poorly unprofessional. He wanted to get a sandwich with the buy one get one free deal and a team leader, embarrass me and disrespecting me in front of 12 customers also with Colin, the manager of the Mets manager advise her to give me the product and I asked for a phone call bag never called me tried to call reach out to her four times.

This location was at 4780 W. and Road in Las Vegas, NV 89031. .

I feel like they need a lot of training manager team leader what theyre teaching a crew members is unacceptable, and how to treat a customer poorly. Please reach back out to me if you can email address Nina Scott 68@***.com.
