I had an extremely disappointing experience with subway during my recent lunch break. Despite placing an order, I never received it, leaving me hungry and frustrated during my limited break time.

To exacerbate matters, I tipped the delivery person through the app for a service I never received.

Not only was my meal missing, but I also didn't receive any compensation or acknowledgment for the undelivered order or the tip I provided.

This experience left me feeling not only hungry but also dissatisfied with the lack of customer support and the failure to rectify the situation promptly. It's disheartening to encounter such poor service and lack of accountability, especially when time and money are invested in the expectation of a meal that never arrives.

I sincerely hope tthat subway takes steps to improve their customer service and ensures that incidents like this are promptly addressed, providing adequate compensation and support for customers who face such disappointing situations.

You need to contact whatever delivery service you used, i.e. DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, etc, to request your refund.

I ordered a wrap at kirksville mo location i said more sauce on the app but the swamped it so bad it was oily outside and falling apart . I spent 1345 to not be able to eat it.

DAt the Subway located at 380 s state rd 434 room a07 in altamonte springs fl Subway was doing a bogo promotion, at the time and I was dating a cheapskate, so we decided to eat at there. Unfortunately, after making the mobile order, the employee calls my boyfriend and tries to say they are out of the meat he ordered and tried to complete the order with something else which in this case was a slice of cheese and white bread, which was completely wrong.

So we both go in to have the sub correctly made then we go home to eat and I notice she put napkins in the bag along with her number on a business card. I saw this because I was trying to get a napkin and I know for a fact she wasn't supposed to do that. We decided to order one more time and I saw the number in with the mobile order once more so I went in the store and asked the lady named Mary Ann why did she call my boyfriend up and why is she putting her phone number in with the subs ? She tries to say she seen my boyfriend up there a few times now and hes a trip.

I said what do u mean hes a trip? She said oh nothing and tried to laugh. She then tries to say she's married and she doesn't care. I tell her to stop contacting my boyfriend harassing him or I will call corporate because that is not her job and plus he is in a relationship and we didnt come up here for this crap.

Please leave my boyfriend alone already we only wanted subs. So I returned the sub to her because she purposely made my sub wrong and it was all soggy and smelled like a wet dog. To be honest the food made me nauseous just smelling it. So then i go home and overhear some woman on the phone talking to my boyfriend in the other room and it sounded like her telling him i went up there and complained.

I asked my boyfriend was that her and he denied it. Then I notice my boyfriend start going to that subway alone to eat his subs on his own and started refusing my food and blocking me for asking what happened. This occurred 2 years ago and I'm still dealing with the effects of this person calling him up harassing him trying to lure him with free food because she was letting him to use her employee discount and allowing him free subs just so she could try to keep seeing him come up there and try to harass him and to lure him. I actually was trying to tell a manager about this because this is misconduct.

A lady named jazz came out and I told her what happened and how Mary Ann is still trying to contact my boyfriend to pursue a relationship or whatever and I asked her to put a stop to it. That's not her job it's misconduct. Jaz denied everything and went on to say she has a husband and he came to see her and they are happy. Then went on to be very disrespectful calling me dillusional and yelling at me saying I better leave and I better stop harassing her employees and I was shocked because I wasn't harassing her employees at all.

I came to complain to management about her employee harassing my family and asked for it to stop. I then explained to her I don't want to be up here and I won't come back. I also said I will be calling corporate. Maryann is a scammer a homewrecker and is violating the rules.

She needs to be fired as well as Jaz for misconduct and poor customer service and for serving bad food that was made incorrectly. I also found out she was not the manager. Also many times me and my boyfriend had gotten sick from the food.

We thought it was something else but everytime it was that same girl Mary Ann making the subs and she never once got the orders right. She needs to be fired and I hope this store closes down immediately so that this never happens to anyone else.

This complaint is hilarious. You are mad at this woman but not at your boyfriend?

And you think calling corporate is going to do anything? ALL Subways are franchised-owned. Corporate will simply refer the complaint back to the store. You state you've been sick many times from eating food from there?

Why in the name of all that is sane would you continue to eat there? Too bad Jerry Springer is no longer a show, as you all would be perfect guests for that trash.

Ive always loved subway but tonight was a very bad experience!! I ordered online so my daughter could just run in and pick up well first they didnt have the new foot long churros and told us to keep our slip and go back tomorrow and then when I seen my sandwich there was barely anything on it like they didnt want to refill the veggies I ordered the Philly steak and had 3 or 4 inches with nothing but bread and the other sandwich was a club and didnt have what was to be on it missing meat , cheese or very little !! Im very upset never had issues like this at any subway till tonight and if I have time tomorrow I might drive waste my gas to get my churro they should have offered a replacement of something due to the inconvenience but told us to come back tomorrow and bring my slip which they wrote on saying out of for the night

I did an online order. I waited in my car and could see inside that the person wasnt working on my order they were cleaning.

So I walked inside and asked about my order. He stopped cleaning, and immediately went to fix my order, but he did not wash his hands. One of my sandwiches was supposed to have light mayo and light mustard. He put way too much and I asked about it, but he did not bother fixing my order.

He was extremely rude made me put my own sandwich in a bag and walked away. I was not done ordering. There was something else I was trying to order so I had to call him from the back. He had a nasty attitude and to be rude, he was eating chips as Im talking to him to add to my order.

I called the next day and spoke with the manager and she said that I had to wait for the owner to contact me. Im extremely upset and this is not how you handle customers I spent a lot of money at this restaurant to be serviced so rudely.

i DON'T HAVE A RECIEPT. A RECEIPT WAS NEVER OFFERED.

It was crumpled and thrown away, immediately after rung up.

But I just called the appropriate Subway and it's # is: 4522 **** Union Center Main Hwy, Endicott, NY 13760

At about 12:15 on Wed. 03/13/2024 I came to the cited above Subway. I was there to finish my using mail flyer of buy 1 or 2 or 3 coupons that it had.

I ordered what I think is called the All-American? Turkey-Ham-bacon Blah Blah Blah.

I had previously ordered in combo with other subs, depending on the number. BUT I HATE HAM. IT IS A NONSENSICAL LUCHEON OR ANYTHING MEAT! (my personnel opinion).

So I said "please replace the Ham with a bit more turkey.

When I got to the register, your employee, played around a bit with the register and then took my coupon to ring it up. Every other time I played the scanner game. Trying to get the coupon just flat enough and at the precise height and then the miracle occurs, to accept my offering. Then he said $9.70 + or -.

I don't pay attention.

It comes with not sweating the small stuff. Driving back to my apartment , after my last stop on my morning being Subway, it didn't add up!

Got home, which is about 3/4 of a mile from your store, knew I had to go back. Unloaded my car and drove back to your store.

I walked in, and right at the counter was your employee. The same employee that I know had just overcharged me.

Kinda threw the sub down and said: You overcharged me.

I want my money back! Your employee began to argue with me! Told me I had bought a Turkey Club with an extra. I tried to explain to him that I got the Modified whatever and he over charged me!

He then said NO said it was as he said. And then said for me to leave or he was going to call the police. Then he walked back away from the register behind a wall. Right at the corner of that wall is a 55 Gal Rubbermaid commercial grade container.

I picked up the sub. Aimed at the garbage can and threw the sub! {it's all on TAPE} Lordy I hope there are tapes.

Came home and stewed for a bit. Called the store asking for the manager.

How a punk like that could manage tying his own shoes would amaze me! He then went on to say: If I come to the store again he is going to call the police because I assaulted him! ROLL THE TAPES!

Contacted local managers that go to district managers. They said they were gonna Zoom at 4PM, and would get back to me.

This morning I called and they said it was at HR.

((They sound nice, I am not complaining about them)

So, I am writing to ensure my complaint is being address.

As I am finish writing this @5:30pm or so, I just received a very threating phone call stating: I am going to be served for Assault. That I can never go to that Subway again. If I do I will be arrested. I asked for a name, he said Adam...

I know it is harassment. Hopefully you see it as harassment. Yeah Right! Subway is gonna ban me!

NOT! BUT where did he get my #?

I purchased one of the cookies from a subway in vero Beach Florida, I found a white hair like thing In my cookie baked in, into the cookie dough itself. A bad batch of dough had to have been sent out. I do have pictures and a video showing the cookie dangling smaller pieces from the hair like item.

Tryed to call store in medical lake wa phone dose not even work. So how can i get my order fixed . If number is out of service. Seem subway dose not wanna fix issue been waiting over 84 for a response but nothing . Only the automated email. Stupid if you ask me . My wife went to work with out her lunch.

I ordered on January 31st, on the app. They accepted my order, it was set to be delivered at 7:30, then I got a notification that it was delayed.

About after an hr, I got another notification that my order wasn't going to be delivered till 10. I tried contacting Subway with no luck, then doordash; all doordash could say to contact Subway.

I got a notification from my doordash driver telling me the subway they sent him to was closed and I finally got a notification that they canceled my order. Yet my money was pulled out from my account and I haven't received a refund I've tried calling, messaging subway and yet nothing yet.
