Hi , I have a complaint to make. I ordered one Veggie sandwich last night at the store location at 221 East Broadway, (#1), New York, NY 10002 last night (Sept. 6th,2021) at 8pm online which it confirmed I can pick up my sandwich at 8.30pm. When I got there at 8.32pm , the door was already closed and I knocked on the door but the gentleman inside refused to come and open the door for me. The store sign stated that it closed at 10pm as well as the website said so.at 10.00pm. I want to request my charge amount be credited to my account as I cannot pick up my sandwich. And I also like to compensate for my walking effort (16 mins. walk) to get there for nothing. Please response to me. Thanks, Peter

Ordered a turkey avocado online. Picked up a sandwich with no cheese or avocado. Called to ask team member for a free one for next time. Only option she gave me was to come back and order it again right now. That wasnt possible, and I told her. She said they would need a manager to approve the free sandwich for next time, then hung up immediately after.

Complaint about food
Two things the food was not what I ordered and you can't get a hold of anybody at customer service they all want you to get online and do everything online that's a little hard to do when you're on a damn phone and working cuz you don't have anybody in customer service I've been on the phone for 10 minutes trying to get a hold of an actual person but apparently nobody works for you guys

Messed up order
We had placed an order online we had to wait longer than the time said we didn't get the cookies we ordered and all 5 sandwiches something was wrong with them !!! And when I called to tell him, he got an Attitude and hung up on me !!!! And it was the one on Perrin beitel

Company policies on hiring anti- American spoke person
Having a purple hair woman that is anti-American doing advertising of your food. I don't even know her name, but names don't matter, it's when you're dis-respectful to the US and our flag. I was a regular customer before I saw her doing your Ads. I haven't been back and several of my friends feel the same way. How could management allow something like that to happen? ADon't eat at Subway,.DDre they of the same mind?

A worker laughed at my mom because she could not hear
I have taken my mom out twice to this store #38281-0 on Potranco rd 9638 Potranco rd San Antonio Texas 78251 And the store tables were dirty and staff never gave much eye contact and rushed us my mom and I each time. I tell the staff hi good morning my mom cant hear very well and I will talk loud so she can hear me repeat what u say and I will tell u how she wants her meal. My mom asked the sandwich maker something and answered and my mom asked again then he started to laugh I asked him are u laughing at my mom he said yes I said stop thats inappropriate He and not

Havin a bad customer service
I went to a subway store at ira needles , kitchner, Ontario. The sub maker named Arwinder kaur thats what she told me her name on august 1 2021 at 9.30 pm . She mistakenly heard hog suse and I told its not hot sause it is sub sause then she started yelling at me and she said she is not ready to change the sub . She also told me to complaint at the head quarters . I am living very near to the subway and she told me to get lost . I dont you guys open this to sell sub or to yell at people.

No customer good customer service staff being dishonest. Stale food and bad attitude from staff members. Then when I took food to another member of staff, who agreed to change it. The original assistant who was serving another customer at that time turned it into an issue involving another customer

Then stop going to a store that's "dirty" and the people don't make eye contact with you. They have sandwiches to make, the look at their work.
Order for your mom, get your stuff, and get out... Or make your own sandwiches at home.
