E-gift card

My daughter got me an e gift card for Christmas, I have 4 times to use it and QR code can't be read. It's a 50.00 gift card. It was sent to my phone, I even printed it out and still no luck. What do I do. I have the card number and the pin. I would really like to use, it comes in handy right now cause I'm a cancer patient can't do very, so my husband and special needs daughter does a lot fast food.

I Martin ordered online and my order was late and i called the driver and he didn't answer and he was already 30 minutes late so i cancelled and subway manager would not reimburse my money back,no food or money and i am a regular customer, very upset

The manager was so rude I ask her for help through the intercom from the drive-through and she was so so rude. I was just asking her for help so I can do my own sandwich and another thing I think that if youre gonna put a manager, the manager has to know at least Spanish and English. Were in in the valley. Never again going to this subway. The manager was just so rude. I mean the only thing I wanted it was just help so I could do my own sandwich.

Awful service

Store is open 24 hrs tried placing order halfway through he stopped taking order. I had to go to pay window and tap on the glass to get his attention because he was on his phone I had to remind him he stopped taking my order.

He was refusing to take my order because I walked up to the window. I told him you already started taking it. He took pictures of me and my husband and then finished taking order. I asked for some cookies which he had and he flat out refused to get them.

I thought you went into business to make money. Not so at this store. This is second time of beyond extremely bad service. I watched him turn people away, watched them drive away because he wouldnt answer the drive thru, and one guy had paid for his order and he refused to give him his food.

Someone needs to go there and put their foot in someones *** To say this store is mismanaged Is a gross understatement. I worked for loves truck stop. I trained in their subway as part of my managing duties. Subway had high standards.

This store has no standards, no customer service and the worst employee/ management of any place I have been. This (store) is a JOKE.

If you are losing money, which Im sure you are, start with that subway on tenth st. Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Did not get good help or offer

I am a regular at subway sparkhill Birmingham I got survey leaflet with order saying if I did the survey I would get free drink or cookie with next order I tried to scan the code in my phone can not do it so I ring the store directly speak to someone and then kept being cut off so no help and I found that so rude and then can not get helpline get put through to a international number so I get charged alot. So disappointing and I incur extra cost

No path to talking to person or what my problem was. Kept getting message to go to Subway website and fill out contact forms only no other way communication. No phone numbers, hot line, letters mailing directed to special department, nothing.

Subway - Terrible Customer Service
Ordered two Subs through the Subway mobile App at which time it was debited from my account. The status page popped up as Preparing. 10 minutes later it vanished! I went in to recent orders and it stated I have not made any recent orders. I have a bank statement which I did screenshot and made several attempts to contact customer service which is remotely impossible. So now Im out my food as well as my money because there is no way to rectify this as the store who was to make the delivery said they do not do deliveries or have anything to do with the mobile app.

Purchase something at your store cause was $35 employer refuse to except a $50 bill and there’s no notice anywhere in the store saying no 50s or $100 bill cash there

One she was rude to she refused to get my $50 bill when the purchase was $35. There is nothing in there store that has not say anything about not receiving 50s or $100 bill.
