Subway complaint by Ttt
I get the same footlong turkey sandwich at the subway at my Chicago school on most weekdays, and a lot of times the price is different. Usually it's $6.08 when an employee rings up my cost, but when the manager does it the cost can be $6.35 or even $6.65 today.

I don't know if it's supposed to change everyday; I know it doesn't have to do with the daily special because I get the same sandwich. I suspect that the manager overcharges on purpose.

I'm not sure if he does it to everyone or just me, because when he rings me up he always gives me a look, and today when I was getting exact change he said, "Are you done getting your change," and when I handed it to him he said, "Good job." When I left the cafeteria and walked past the Subway area, the manager was at the register and stopped what he was doing to look at me.

The Subway shop in Middlebury, Vermont, ripped off a friend (a daily Subway customer!) trying to cash his sandwich points. After complaining, they solved the problem by asking the police to keep him off the property. Great customer service, eh? Who else has problems with Subway operators who run the points system like a bait-and-switch con job?
