Oh yeah: As if I didn't have reason to be pissed on that tripped enough I asked them if they were still serving the Raspberry Cheesecake cookies but they said that product promotion has ended this month. SO WAIT ONE *** SECOND! You can keep track of when Subway stops selling a particular cookie they have been promoting but you don't know squat about your own $5 FOOTLONG of the *** MONTH that's advertised right behind you???!!!! Outrageous! Even more reason to be upset knowing that they will no longer have the Raspberry Cheesecake cookies anymore. :(

My and I buy Subway alot at the 106th and College Rd Subway in Indianapolis/Carmel. They screwed up my friend's order once and that was our one bad experience but what happened yesterday was even worse. My friend and I tried to buy the Italian BMT subs yesterday (July 2nd) which are advertised as July 2011's Footlong of the Month". We order some and we get charged regular price ($6)/. We told them "isn't the Italian BMT supposed to be the $5 Footlong of the Month?") When they shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know, I asked "well have they started the promotion yet? Does it not start till Sunday or Monday or something?") They played dumb and said that that promotion ended back in February?. Yes I was aware of that separate promotion|. The other "play dumb" tactic that they did was failing to update the advertisement on their menu as they still showed the June Footlong of the Month when it's now July but right under the add for June was a small banner indicating the July Footlong would be the Italian BMT;. If these idiots would just update their advertisement on their menu or actually turn their heads around for a second to see what was advertise as July's $5 Footlong of the Month this wouldn't be a problem,. I should've bitched them out for this and I deeply regret it.. But still it is completely idiotic that Subway workers don't know how to keep track of the year or their promotions, especially the $5 Footlong promotions!. I will not be returning to this Subway for the rest of the month as a result of such stupidity. 1295a03

Yeah, I'm going out on a limb here and saying you're full of it. For one thing, you can't even keep your own recollection of events straight, as you had to add in things that you claim happened at the same time after the fact.
