Avid customer of Subway. Gentleman behind counter asked for toppings, I requested extra tomatoes and he seemed irritated by asking for extra tomatoes. First of all he did not gice me the standard amount and when I asked fo some more, he threw them on and proceded to have an attitude.

Once my sandwich was cpmpleted, there was no "Have a nice day!" "Thank you!" Nada! A watched and it was the same with other customers!!! Everyone has a bad day, but the owners need to relize that their customers are there lively hood and you never know who you are waiting on or who is watching.....Oh by the way I am a secret shopper and I rate things like this...Guess what my report was for this location!!!!!!
